在治疗过程中,其不良反应主要表现为急性光毒性反应。可出现轻度红斑、水肿、水疱、脱屑,以及轻度瘙痒、疼痛、暂时性色素沉着等反应,一般患者可耐受,对症处理后可逐渐消退[63]。此外,周俊等[69]研究发现,以常规治疗剂量308nm MEL对小鼠皮肤进行长期照射具有一定致癌性。但人与小鼠种属不同,且小鼠皮肤薄,黑素细胞缺乏,患皮肤癌的风险高于人类。由于该研究对象非人类皮肤,因此此结论尚不能直接评估 308 nm 准分子光对人体皮肤的致癌性,这还需进一步研究。
与脉冲式发光的308nm 准分子激光相比,308nmMEL 是封闭灯管中的稳定308nm 波长的光源[62],由灯管直接照射,照射光斑面积大,能量无损耗。308 nm 准分子激光因需更换氯罐,耗材成本高,而308 nm MEL 无耗材,因此维护成本和治疗费用相对较低,患者依从性好。这些优势将使 308 nm MEL 在实际应用中更具潜力[63]。
